Market your unique brand to 150 maternity care providers and allied professionals who share your commitment to quality maternity services and products during the 2010 CIMS Forum.  We strive to offer a wide range of affordable sponsorship and advertising options with recognition opportunities to enhance your organization’s visibility.  We’re delighted to offer exhibiting opportunities as part of the 2010 CIMS Forum.  Exhibitors receive one full conference registration, providing your company representative the opportunity to participate in all conference sessions, meals, and events.  All exhibits will have prominent placement in proximity to conference registration, breakfasts, breaks, and social events.  Your exhibit will be accessible to attendees throughout the duration of the conference, including during the Welcome Reception on Friday evening.

 

Location & Social Activities
The Radisson Hotel & Suites Austin – Town Lake offers an ideal downtown location overlooking scenic Town Lake.  CIMS Forum participants will enjoy networking and socializing during a Welcome Reception on Friday evening and between educational sessions spanning two full days.  When not in session, conference goers will appreciate the Radisson’s downtown location, convenient to Austin’s unique shopping, restaurant and entertainment districts.

Attendance:  150 maternity care professionals and childbirth advocates will participate in this conference.  Fields represented will include labor and delivery nursing, midwifery, lactation, labor support, childbirth education, obstetrics/gynecology, family medicine, and public health.
